1 package baby carrots
Extra-virgin olive oil
Sea salt
Black pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Wash and pat dry the baby carrots. Add them to a medium-sized bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the carrots, and toss them to completely coat.
Place carrots on a jelly roll pan in a single layer. Sprinkle to with sea salt and black pepper. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and nicely browned.
