2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon raw honey
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup good olive oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (1 lemon)
1/4 cup water
Combine all of the ingredients in a Mason jar or another container with a tight-fitting lid. Shake well until mixed. Keeps in the refrigerator for up to a week.
